Vendor Application

Please note: Vendors, crafters and services are subject to the approval of the SJPP Board. Please review the Event Rules & Park Regulations before applying. Upon receipt and approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you are approved, your e-form will be considered as valid as a paper contract. E-form submissions will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver, in person, prior to setting up the day of the event.

    Discounts are given for early registration, but the deadlines have passed. Make sure to get in early next year to save!

    Applications received after September 15th risk not being included in the website or program. Last minute applications risk not being received or approved in time! Vendor fees are non-refundable unless WE have to cancel the event without a reschedule.
